How to become a Follower of the National Dahlia Collection on Twitter – IT IS FREE

To receive Tweets on your mobile phone, you will need to have a Twitter account – its free.

Tweeters have a Username, this could be a shortened name for ease of use, and an associated Account Name, which makes it easier to identify who it is.  If you know the Username it is easier to find the Tweeter to become a Follower.

Our Twitter username is: mydahlias (The account name is National Dahlias)

To set up a Twitter Account:-

• Go to www.twitter.com  and follow the instructions to sign up to Twitter
• Go to Get twitter on your phone and follow the instructions
• When you advise Twitter of your mobile phone number. Twitter will confirm that your mobile phone has been accepted with a free test message

To select who you want to follow, eg mydahlias

• Use Find Friends or browse Interests to find [mydahlias or national-dahlia-collection] and click on Follow.
• When you have become a Follower (you will see their icon on your Home page under Following), you must click on that icon and when their page comes up, ensure that you set the phone icon on – it goes green.
